WU Tower dibangun dan dikelola oleh PT Kieber Propertindo untuk menjawab atas kebutuhan gedung perkantoran di Kota Bandung dengan lokasi yang premium
WU Story
Wu Tower berdiri diatas lahan seluas 6.426 meter persegi dengan komposisi KDB 30% atau memiliki tapak bangunan seluas 1.927 meter persegi,dan KLB 3,2 atau dapat dibangun menjadi 12 lantai. Serta memiliki ruang terbuka hijau hampir 3.500 meter persegi.
Wu Tower terdiri dari 1 lantai basement yang berfungsi sebagai area parkir dan fasilitas gedung & 12 Lantai bangunan yang di fungsikan sebagai perkantoran beserta fasilitas pendukungnya.
Didalam bangunan kami juga, ditanami lebih dari 75 batang pohon dan terdapat 32 buah sumur resapan sebagai upaya mengurangi air larian yang berpotensi menimbulkan banjir dan juga upaya untuk mengembalikan air kedalam tanah.
